Thank you for shopping at Woopaly.com. We take pride in offering quality beauty enhancement products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including all seals, safety films, and accessories).
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

📦 Important:
Used or opened cosmetic or personal care products (e.g., serums, creams, patches, masks) cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@woopaly.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide:

  • The correct return address, depending on the original shipping warehouse (Poland or China).
  • Return instructions and a return authorization if required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as proof of delivery is required to complete any return or refund process.
  • A €5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds (including “returnless refunds”).
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@woopaly.com if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We may request photos or videos as proof to process your claim efficiently. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost.

🧴 Note: We do not offer compensation for normal wear, minor packaging damage, or slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.


5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care products (serum, cream, patches, etc.)
  • Sale items or items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to process the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@woopaly.com.

💱 Refund Currency:
Refunds are processed in the same currency used for the original purchase.
Any exchange rate differences or international transaction fees are not covered by Woopaly.


8. Returnless Refunds

In some cases, at our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund without requiring a return (“returnless refund”).
A €5.00 processing fee will still apply in such cases.


9. EU Consumers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection rules.

This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
However, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • A €5.00 processing fee applies.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics for hygiene reasons).

10. Customs Duties and International Returns

For international orders:

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
  • When returning an item, any customs charges or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • Clearly mark your return parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import fees.

11. Proof of Delivery Requirement

All customers must provide proof of delivery (e.g., tracking confirmation showing successful delivery to our return warehouse) for any return to be processed.
Returns without proof of delivery cannot be refunded.


12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
